Renaissance Manor Assisted Living Facility with a Limited Mental Health License – Sarasota
Resident Care ( PRN)
A resident care job involves providing compassionate and professional care to individuals residing in our new residential treatment facility. The Primary responsibilities of a resident care worker include assisting with medication, personal care tasks, communicating with doctor’s offices, providing transportation, and general oversight for our residents. Strong communication skills, empathy, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team are essential for this role. Resident care workers play a crucial role in promoting the well-being and quality of life for our residents.
Requires: a high school diploma or equivalency.
Prefers: experience working with adults with mental health or substance use.
Cook (PRN)
Part of a team to prepare, cook, serve, and clean up three meals a day and snacks.
Requires: 18+ years old and at least one year experience working in a restaurant or institutional dietary setting.
Prefers: culinary training or degree, ServSafe certification, experience working with people with mental health diagnoses, high school diploma or equivalency.
