It is CASL’s mission to provide safe, affordable, and supportive housing for adults with disabilities and to expand housing options for working families to reduce homelessness in our community.
Neighborhood housing
An affordable mixture of single-family, condominium, and group homes for individuals with intellectual and developmental differences or mental health diagnoses.
Independence House
A community home for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities located in Seminole, FL. Efficiency units with a common area for gathering.
Blue Sky/CASL Partnership
A Blue Sky and CASL partnership that provides supportive, affordable, and permanent apartment-style housing for individuals with disabling conditions and workforce housing.
Renaissance Manor
An Assisted Living Facility in central Sarasota, FL, with a limited mental health license, providing 24/7 care for residents that require more acute support with daily living skills.
